Chile Relleno

Ingredients
1 Chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic
8 oz green chiles drained + seeded
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp tabasco
Recipe
Saute onion and garlic. Line 8" Square baking dish with half of the chiles. Top with 1 1/2 Cup Cheese then rest of chiles. Beat Eggs and flour until smooth. Add milk, salt, and tabasco, beating well. Pour in pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until no longer sticky inside. Let cool 5 minutes. Serves 4 - 6.
