Butterhorns

Ingredients

1 or 2 cakes yeast
2 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Melted Shortening
6 7 Cup Flour
1 tbsp salt

Recipe

Dissolve yeast in 2 Tablespoons warm water and 2 Tablespoons sugar. Beat eggs restof sugar, shortening, 2 Cups warm water, and salt. Add yeast mixture. Add Flour to make soft dough (more may be needed). Mix well and knead until slick. Place in warm place, let rise to double and punch down. Let rise double then form into rolls. Let rise. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
